Transcription: Make a round of paper for the genoise mold. Fold a square of wax paper to form a triangle. Trim around the triangle to make a round which will match the diameter of the pen. Open the paper and place it in the bottom of the genoise mold. This will prevent problems with unmolding. The paper itself can be buttered and floured.
